Hegedűs István részt vett a LIBSEEN (Liberal South East European Network) végrehajtó bizottságának virtuális ülésén 2022. február 27-én. A bizottság támogatásáról biztosította Ukrajnát és elítélte az orosz vezetés agresszióját. 

Key messages:

1. We strongly condemn Russia’s armed military attack on the sovereign state of Ukraine and demand an immediate ceasefire and the withdrawal of the Russian army. Only those who respect international law and diplomatic conflict resolution are on the right side of history.

3. We are very concerned that the Ukrainian crisis will spread to the Western Balkans and spark the fires in countries where the conflicting nationalist tendencies of some have been present for some time. We are particularly concerned about developments in #BiH and #Montenegro.
